We provide person-centred homecare services to help people to live independently and with dignity.
We have operated a homecare service since 2005. We currently provide care for more than 130 people across Surrey, parts of West Sussex. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
Our care services assist people with aspects of their daily life that they find difficult. This may be as a result of illness, disability, getting older, a crisis in their life or some other issue. We give care and support to help people live as independently as possible in their home.
Individual care and support
The wishes of each individual client are central to what we do. We respect people’s needs and preferences and we seek to offer choices about how these could be met.
Our care workers work with each person (or their named representative) to develop their support plan, which outlines what the individual needs and wants and when they should have this. The plan is designed to support the person’s independence and enable them to live a safe and fulfilling life in their home and community.
We pride ourselves on continuity of care. If the client wishes, we always aim for clients to see the same carers regularly, so they can build a good working relationship. Our professional staff are trained to deliver exceptional customer service and are passionate about delivering high-quality care.
