We are seeking volunteers who can give a regular and long-term commitment.

Would you like to be a part of the valuable work that we do? Here’s what you need to know:

Volunteers can play a role in our registered office in Redhill or they can head out to help clients in person. Client-facing or office-based, you will become a vital part of what we do, joining a team that makes a difference to the lives of people in the community. Read about some of our volunteers using the links at the foot of the page.

Transform Homecare’s recruitment process is designed to meet requirements necessary to protect vulnerable adults, including the provision of two references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at no cost to you. You’ll be given an opportunity to see what we do and to hear how we work.

If you do decide that volunteering for Transform Homecare is for you, a nominated manager will be responsible for your induction and training, ensuring you fully understand your duties and helping you to get the most from your role as a volunteer with Transform Homecare. It is important to us that you have an interesting, worthwhile and rewarding experience and that our clients enjoy the benefits too.

Activity co-ordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the local community and help us to help our clients improve their heath and well being. We are looking for volunteer Activity Co-ordinators to organise social activities and events at our Sheltered Housing schemes in either Epsom and Ewell or Crawley.

One stop befriender

A great opportunity has arisen for Befriending Volunteers age 18+ to work in any of the Surrey or West Sussex areas covered by Transform Homecare. The individuals fulfilling the role will provide companionship and one-to-one support to clients, helping us to reduce their sense of isolation and enabling them to gain confidence and become an active member of the local community.

Administrative support volunteer

A great opportunity has arisen in our office in Redhill for a volunteer aged 18+ who will give unpaid administrative support to our care and supported living team supervisors.
