We provide extensive training to help staff gain the skills they need and to develop in their roles.
When you join Transform, you will complete an induction programme tailored to your role. This is designed to help you to gain the skills and knowledge you need. The induction programme includes:
- Familiarisation with local office and team
- Overview of Transform
- Responsibilities of your role
- Introduction to Transform policies
- Health and safety procedures
After two years with Transform, you would have the opportunity to undertake a relevant extended training course. This could include a college course, Open University degree or professional qualification. You can request study leave and a contribution towards the cost of the training course.
We support all staff to develop in their roles and to progress in their career at Transform. Career aspirations are discussed at regular intervals so that managers can support people with their development.
We provide opportunities for staff to gain new skills and experience, for example by joining working groups, shadowing or taking part in group projects. Staff are encouraged to develop their ideas with our Innovation Fund, which offers funding for new projects.
