- For clients
We support people with a wide range of challenges
Our clients may need support to manage a variety of activities of daily living and we provide specialised support, tailored to each person’s needs.
Our staff have extensive experience of working with different client groups including:
We currently support older people both in sheltered housing schemes, and in the wider community. Services include all aspects of personal care, as well as help in the home such as laundry, shopping and cooking. We also take clients out so that they can do their own shopping or take part in community activities.
People of any age may have a physical disability that limits their activities. For example it may be difficult to manage getting in and out of the shower, or standing up to cook. Some people may require help because they have a sight or hearing impairment, or because they are a wheelchair user. Our staff are experienced in supporting people with a range of physical disabilities and with help devise a support plan that is tailored to each person’s needs.
People with learning disabilities
We offer a variety of services for our clients with learning disabilities. This may include help with activities of daily living, support to access the community, or help to pursue hobbies and interests, including learning new skills.
People with mental health issues
We support people who are living with mental illness as well as those who may be recovering from a bout of mental ill health and may need help on a short term basis. Support can include assistance with claiming benefits or paying bills, domestic help, or help to maintain their personal appearance and manage personal care.
